Liability Waiver Form

I, [Releasor], residing at [SPECIFIED ADDRESS], hereby agree to the following:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk: I acknowledge that participating in minor home repairs and yard work involves certain risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, damage to my property, or damage to third parties. I understand that these risks may arise from my own actions or inactions, those of others participating in the activity, or the condition in which the activity takes place.

2. Assumption of Risk and Responsibility: I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly agree to assume all risks associated with participating in these activities, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation.

3. Release and Waiver: I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Favors For Neighbors, its respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, employees, and other participants (collectively, the "releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations; and I further agree that if, despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk, I or anyone on my behalf makes a claim against any of the releasees, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the releasees from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost which any may incur as the result of such claim.

4. Consent for Emergency Medical Treatment: I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if I am injured or require medical attention during my participation in these activities. I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

5. Agreement Scope and Territory: This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, all injuries which may occur as a result of: (a) my participation in the activity, (b) the condition of the premises, including any tools or equipment used, and (c) any advice regarding home repairs or yard work.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver of liability and full release agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
